Our mission statement

Only those who have values can also create values. This has been OCM’s belief from the very outset. Which is why we have worked on defining our philosophy and the values in which we believe.

Our vision

Our goal is to become a leading national and international specialized clinic for orthopedic surgery.

Our mission

We are of the opinion that it is our responsibility to offer every patient a proven specialist and one-on-one personal care.

We believe in

state-of-the art medicine, attentiveness and partnership

We offer modern medical care in line with professional medical guidelines and the greatest possible specialization for all parts of the human locomotor system. We work scientifically and are actively involved in developing innovative medical procedures. Quality for us is elementary, which is why we employ the best available methods and treatment procedures. The professional qualification of every individual is the basis for our joint excellence.

All of our actions revolve around the patient. We offer all of our patients the same modern, high-quality diagnosis and therapy. We aspire to the best possible clinical outcome for every single patient. We devote our attention to our patients and address them as equals.

We make up the OCM together, we act together, and together we are strong. We respect and appreciate our colleagues’ expertise, and we assume responsibility for the development of the OCM as a whole.

Active in research and science

Top-quality medicine is closely related to scientific innovations. Which is why a number of our physicians are involved in research work and share their findings with colleagues in scientific-medical expert associations.

Dedicated to training and teaching

We have always been involved in medical training by tradition. Our commitment covers academic teaching, offering young colleagues the opportunity to learn at the OCM and expand their knowledge – e.g. during a clinical traineeship or in the form of a fellowship.
